OUR REFUND POLICY

The Small Print

Shopping online is a great and convenient way to purchase products, but we understand that sometimes the item you receive in the post isn't as you were expecting. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your IBIX product, please see the details below and we will arrange a hassle-free return and refund.


We offer a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund. 


In order for you to be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in it's original packaging. You'll also need to provide your unique order number.


To start the return process, please contact us at sales@ibixenterprises.com.au and provide details as to the reason you would like to return. When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a postage paid for label. You will need to ensure the item is in secure packaging and the label attached. Then drop it at your local Post office.


Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and if it is defective, damaged or your have simply recevied the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@ibixenterprises.com.au so we can assess the issue and resolve it asap.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make another purchase for the new item.


Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, a refund will be processed using your original payment method. Please note that once processed it can sometimes take time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
